The 2023 edition follows the same format as the previous editions and reports with the NARS appointed Racecourse Inspectors, who inspect their allocated racecourses twice annually.
The objective is to focus on facilities for the staff and their horses while on duty at a racecourse. Their reports help us understand what every racecourse in the UK is providing and where improvements are possibly needed, but also to highlight where improvements have been made.
